How Do I Place the Order?

Select the product(s) with quantity, size(s) and shipping method and click on the “Add to Cart” button that is available at the end of each product’s description then do proceed to CHECKOUT. Add product(s) into the cart by clicking "Cart" icon at the upper right corner of the screen if you’re going to buy multiple products.

Can I Change My Order?

Yes, changes in order are possible if you contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours after placing the order.

What is your payment method?

We accept credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express).

What is the currency of the Store? Can I pay in another currency?

All prices can be shown in local currency depending on the country from where you are. However, the bill will be generated in USD while checking out. Your card service provider or bank will automatically convert the subtotal according to current conversion rate.

Shipping FAQS

Can I Change My Shipping Address?

Once you place the order, your order information goes to the shipping department which takes 2-3 business days to process. The system will send the tracking details on your registered email id once your order ship. Hence, if you need to make any changes in the shipping address, request you to contact our Customer Service Team within 24 hours of order placed.

Ensure all information is correct that you have provided before submitting order request to prevent lose in the mail or other accidents from happening.

Note: We are not responsible for the lost or undelivered parcel if you moved out of the address that you provided in case of customer-provided any other address than permanent address.

Important Note:

  • To all UAE customers, kindly provide us PO Box or Zip Code while checking out to avoid delay of order processing and shipping.

  • We are not liable for any delays caused by customs or local post services as Customs, Postal Services & Us (50P Store) are different entities

How long should I wait until the order sent out?

Our processing time takes 2-7 working days so your order(s) will be sent out generally within that time limits.

When will I receive the items once I place the order?

The time period depends on shipping method and destination country. There are chances to be a delay due to holidays, customs inspection and/or any unforeseen events. Our standard shipping takes 3- 5 weeks and it depends on how fast customs process the package in your country.

Will I suppose to pay Customs / VAT Charges ?

Customs/VAT fees depend on the laws of your country. In the majority of cases you are not required to pay any customs fees. We mark all our orders as low-value gifts. Moreover, we send larger orders in separate packages to avoid such charges.
